  • Won 2014 ARCA race at Michigan International Speedway in his first ever series start

Austin Theriault, No. 29 Cooper Standard Careers For Veterans Ford F-150:

“It might take a few laps to get comfortable but I think with Joey Meier spotting and Chad Kendrick on top of the pit box telling me where I need to run, I think we have enough practice time to figure it out. I don’t foresee any issues. If we were going to a mile-and-a-half or a short track it might be a little bit different. I’m sure I’m going to learn a few things on how the Cooper Standard Career For Veterans Ford F-150 is going to drive. If we do everything correctly and I don’t make any mistakes on pit road and green flag pit stops we should have a decent shot at a top 10.”

Chad Kendrick, Crew Chief, No. 29 Cooper Standard Careers For Veterans Ford F-150:

“Austin is a very quick learner and a quick study of the sport and I feel like he’ll catch on quickly. It’ll be our job to keep him out of trouble and not put him in situations that could put him in harm’s way. We’ll do everything we can to keep him up front. Our plan is for him to stay in the bottom groove on the yellow line. We are all really excited to work with Austin this season.”
